The financial report shows that Greentree hospitality's Q3 revenue was 0.357 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), a year-on-year decrease of 22.5%. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) was 0.1225 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 32.1%; core net income was 93.5 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 26.6%; earnings per ADS were 0.13 USD.
As of September 30, 2024, the company had a total of 4,336 hotels and 316,461 hotel rooms in operation, with 182 restaurants in operation. The hotel occupancy rate for Q3 was 74.6%, down from 81.2% in the same period last year; revenue per available room (RevPAR) was 135 yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.6%.
