Cypark Resources Berhad has entered into a landmark Teaming Agreement with China Tianying, Inc. ("CNTY"), a Europe and Asia leader in waste management and environmental technologies listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange with a total of 657
authorized patents.

The exclusive strategic partnership marks a significant step in Cypark's mission to address Malaysia's pressing waste and landfill challenges by utilising advanced plasma waste-toenergy (WTE) technology. The Teaming Agreement will culminate in the development and deployment of a plasma WTE line that is intended to be located at Cypark's existing WTE facility at Ladang Tanah Merah, Negeri Sembilan. With the second line, Malaysia's only operating WTE facility will have the capacity and the technology to process the entire municipal waste produced in Negeri Sembilan.

Plasma technology, in line with the Malaysian Government's goal for zero landfill utilisation, is being introduced to treat and trap the fly ash into crystal form that can be used as construction material instead of sending to the landfill. This represents a groundbreaking approach to achieving zero waste with a goal of eliminating the need for landfills. This aligns with Malaysia's Circular Economy Framework, fostering a more sustainable and circular economy by minimizing waste and maximizing resource recovery
