Telus Sky <3915> announced the results of introducing Salesforce Sales Cloud to the sales system of Resona Card (Headquarters: Toyosu, Tokyo) on the 22nd. The 'number of customer touch points per person' related to sales activities such as visits, calls, and web negotiations with customers, which was set as a performance indicator at the time of introduction, increased by approximately 2.2 times on a monthly average.

Sales Cloud, which boasts a large number of introductions in the financial industry, had already been introduced in various Resona Group banks. However, in order to streamline the centralized management of scattered data, it was introduced to Resona Card.

Development started in September 2023, and operations began in January 2024. Resona Card listed the following as the effects of the introduction:

- The number of customer touch points per salesperson increased by approximately 2.2 times on a monthly average.
