According to the announcement, the company plans to use its own funds to repurchase some A-shares and H-shares through centralized competitive trading. The total repurchase amount for A-shares is not less than 0.25 billion yuan and not more than 0.5 billion yuan; for H-shares, it is also not less than 0.25 billion yuan and not more than 0.5 billion yuan. The maximum repurchase price for A-shares is 4.39 yuan per share, and for H-shares it is 3.04 Hong Kong dollars per share (equivalent to about 2.76 yuan per share in RMB). It is estimated that the repurchase quantity will be between 56.95 million and 0.114 billion A-shares, and between 90.58 million and 0.181 billion H-shares, accounting for 0.66% to 1.32% of the company's current total share capital.
