On November 22, Gelunhui announced that Shan Dong Lu Bei Chemical (600727.SH) and Shandong Xiang Hai Titanium Resources Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xianghai Technology") signed a "Strategic Investment Cooperation Agreement" (referred to as "this Agreement") with Jinan Yu Xiao Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yu Xiao Group"), Zhang Shuncheng, Zhang Yuanliang and Inner Mongolia Yu Xiao Mengda Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Mengda Titanium Industry") on November 22, 2024. After equal and voluntary negotiations, the parties reached this agreement on Xianghai Technology's capital increase in Mengda Titanium Industry and the establishment of a long-term stable supply and demand relationship for titanium concentrate and high-titanium slag, using this as a guide for this investment cooperation, to mutually abide by with funds.
The signing of the "Strategic Investment Cooperation Agreement" is in line with the company's strategic development plan to integrate upstream titanium concentrate and high-titanium slag, which is beneficial for the company's stable supply of high-titanium slag and titanium concentrate.
