According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, omh science group (300486.SZ) announces that the company (party B) has signed a procurement framework agreement with Wanyi Tong (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Wanyi Tong (Hong Kong) Trading Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as 'Wanyi Tong', party A) with a total contract amount of approximately 0.6982 billion yuan.
The agreement stipulates that party A and party B agree to designate party B as the equipment procurement and service supplier for party A, to sell items and services used for party A or its branches and subsidiaries in accordance with the conditions stipulated in this contract and orders. The total amount for the equipment under this contract is approximately 0.67 billion yuan; in order to facilitate party B's overall management, both parties agree that party A will pay party B a total project management fee and system integration fee of 28.2 million yuan.
