Shunyu Optical Technology: People familiar with the matter revealed that Apple is developing a Siri digital assistant with stronger conversation skills to catch up with OpenAI's ChatGPT and other voice services. This new version of Siri, whose details have yet to be revealed, uses a more advanced Large Language Model (LLM) to enable two-way conversations. They said the system can also handle more complex requests more quickly. This new voice assistant will eventually be added to Apple Intelligence, and developers call it “LLM Siri.” Apple is currently planning to release a new version of Siri to consumers as early as spring 2026.

Huahong Semiconductor: On November 21, European chip manufacturer ST Semiconductor (STM.US) held an Investor Day event in Paris, France on Wednesday, local time, and announced that it will cooperate with China's second-largest wafer foundry to produce 40nm node microcontrollers (MCUs) in China to support the achievement of medium- to long-term revenue goals.

CNOOC: J.P. Morgan predicts that there will be an excess of about 1.3 million barrels per day in global crude oil supply in 2025. The average price of Brent crude oil is 73 US dollars, but the price of WTI crude oil is expected to stabilize below 70 US dollars at the end of the year, and the price of WTI crude oil is expected to be 64 US dollars.
