According to the announcement by Emperor Holdings (01413), on November 22, 2024, Guanglian Network (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary) and a joint venture partner (Pinestone Capital Limited (00804)) entered into a joint venture agreement. Under this agreement, the parties agree to establish a joint venture to develop and operate digital asset businesses in virtual real estate and decentralized finance.
According to the terms of the joint venture agreement, the registered capital of the joint venture will be 25 million Hong Kong dollars.
