① According to the prospectus, if Jiachi Technology successfully lands on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, the company will become the second stealth paint company listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board after Huaqin Technology; ② Jiachi Technology's actual fund-raising scale exceeds 1.083 billion yuan, which is lower than the original proposed amount of 1.245 billion yuan; at the same time, it also disclosed the predicted results for the full year of this year.
“Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily”, November 22 (Reporter Huang Xiumei) Chengdu Jiachi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (“Jiachi Technology”) held an “Online Investor Meeting on the Initial Public Offering of Shares and Listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board” today (November 22).
Jiachi Technology's main business is the design, manufacture, testing, sales and service of stealth functional coating materials, stealth functional structural components, and electromagnetic compatibility materials in the electronic information field. According to the prospectus, if it successfully lands on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, the company will become the second stealth paint listed company on the Science and Technology Innovation Board after Huaqin Technology.
According to its listing announcement disclosed on the same day (November 22), its current offering price is 27.08 yuan/share, corresponding to the actual amount raised about 1.083 billion yuan, which is lower than its original plan to raise 1.245 billion yuan. Excluding issuance fees (VAT excl.), the estimated net amount of capital raised is approximately $1.003 billion.
In this IPO, the amount of capital raised by Jiachi Technology is planned to be used for the electromagnetic functional materials and structure manufacturing base construction project, the electromagnetic functional materials and structure R&D center construction project, and as supplementary working capital.
At an exchange meeting held today (November 22), Chen Liang, general manager and marketing director of Jiachi Technology, revealed the company's predicted performance for the full year of this year without being audited or reviewed by an accountant: it is expected to achieve revenue of 1.02 billion yuan to 1.15 billion yuan, an increase of 3.99% to 17.25% over the previous year; it is expected to achieve net profit of 0.572 billion yuan to 0.655 billion yuan, an increase of 1.47% to 16.20% over the previous year; it is expected to deduct non-net profit of 0.548 billion yuan to 0.635 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.84% to 21.48%.
It is worth mentioning that the main business revenue of Jiachi Technology comes mainly from the military sector, but the application market for electromagnetic compatibility materials for civilian products also received investors' attention at the exchange meeting.
“Electromagnetic compatible materials have a wave absorption function, can fundamentally solve electromagnetic compatibility problems, and have the advantages of being 'light' and 'thin'. They are in line with the trend of miniaturization of electronic devices, and have become an important means and future trend for solving electromagnetic interference problems.” Chen Liang, general manager and marketing director of Jiachi Technology, told the “Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily” reporter.
According to the data, at the end of each period from 2021 to the first half of this year, the sales revenue of Jiachi Technology's electromagnetic compatibility materials products was 28.9652 million yuan, 22.4546 million yuan, 28.3451 million yuan, and 9.5769 million yuan respectively, accounting for 5.5%, 2.8%, 2.85%, and 2.6% of the total revenue at the end of each period.
According to Chen Liang, there are three main trends in the electromagnetic compatibility materials industry: first, integrated electromagnetic compatibility issues are becoming more prominent, and the market space for electromagnetic compatibility materials in consumer electronics is broad; second, the emerging field of automotive electronics is developing rapidly to further expand the application space for electromagnetic compatibility materials; third, thin, lightweight, and ultra-wideband electromagnetic compatibility materials have obvious technical advantages and the ability to expand the international market.
