(President: Masahito Ueda), a sake manufacturer from Kochi Prefecture, to develop an original potato chip and original sake pairing set called "Whale Friends - A Set with Enhanced Flavor". This limited quantity set is available for purchase starting November 21, 2024, at the Koiya online shop.

In this third year of collaboration, the 2024 version of "Suigei Koiya Original" will be newly brewed by Suigei Brewery, and the specialized pairing potato chips "Whale Friends" will be specifically created to complement this sake. The release of the "Whale Friends - A Set with Enhanced Flavor" has been decided. It will be delivered in a special gift box, making it perfect for personal evening drinks as well as for celebrations or as gifts for loved ones.

This is a pure rice ginjo sake using 'Ginfuu', a sake brewing rice suitable for brewing, produced in Hokkaido, and limited to this collaboration project. It features a soft ginjo aroma and a distinct acidity that spreads smoothly in the mouth, utilizing the characteristics of the sake rice. Based on last year's popular flavor, the yeast has been changed to create a smoother mouthfeel and a sharp taste.Kujira no Tomo Katsuo Sakatou Flavor.
