Vizione Stops Work On RM116 Million Langkawi Hotel Over Payment Dispute
Thus taking into consideration the group said it has served a Notice of Determination of Own Employment to determine the employment as the Main Contractor under the Letter of Award dated 19 August 2021 with immediate effect.
Vizione Berhad through its subsidiary Vizione Builder Sdn. Bhd. said it had served a Notice of Default to Inspirasi Langkawi the client who handed the hotel project job with regards to non-payment for work done on the project.
Vizione Berhad 通過其子公司 Vizione Builder Sdn。Bhd. 表示，它已向移交酒店項目工作的客戶Inspirasi Langkawi發出了違約通知，原因是該客戶沒有爲該項目所做的工作付款。
The project was for a 4-star hotel with 14 levels and 238 rooms, 6 service apartments, 5 office units and 3 shop units for RM116 million in Langkawi

The group said it has also expressed to reserve its rights either to suspend works or determine the contract should the default remain unresolved.
