The two companies scheduled for integration plan to pass a merger resolution at their respective shareholder meetings at the end of March 2025.
2. Purpose of the business integration
Our mid-term management plan, "Sail Green, Drive Transformations 2026," places a focus on deepening existing core businesses and investing in new growth businesses, within which we aim to develop and sell new technologies and services, starting with the commercialization of the shipbuilding business.
This business integration is based on the core strategy of the above-mentioned mid-term management plan, and by integrating the technologies and expertise of both companies, we will further strengthen and develop engineering businesses both on board and on land within our group by expanding the sales base.
