Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a sale and purchase agreement with the seller (WWRC Ingredients Sdn. Bhd., a company registered in Malaysia), whereby the buyer agrees to purchase and the seller agrees to sell the property for a total purchase price of 12.88 million ringgit, equivalent to approximately 22.7976 million Hong Kong dollars.
The property is a semi-detached factory unit with two offices held under individual title HSM 20729, PT 18962, Mukim Telok Panglima Garang, Daerah Kuala Langat, Negeri Selangor, with the mailing address No. 6, Lorong Jalak, Kawasan Perusahaan Kebun Baru, Batu 9, 42500 Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
