Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Mitsuko Tottori; hereinafter “JAL”) and Indigo (Headquarters: New Delhi; President: Pieter Elbers; hereinafter “6E”) will begin codeshare sequentially from 2024/12.
Currently, JAL operates the Haneda-Delhi route every day and the Narita-Bengaluru route 5 days a week, supporting aviation demand between India and Japan, which has achieved remarkable economic development. Through a new partnership with 6E, which has the largest market share of 60% or more in India, codeshare was carried out on 30 routes, starting with large cities connected to JAL flights (Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Kochi, Coimbatore, Thiruvananthapuram, Tiruchirappalli, Pune, Lucknow, Varanasi, Leh, Goa), etc., and made use of 6E's rich network You will be able to access it.
