① The design of PF-300T Plus and PF-300M has further enhanced the equipment capacity, with machinery capacity increasing by about 20% to 60%; the two new types of reaction chambers, pX and Supra-D, have further improved the performance indicators of film deposition. ② TuoJing Technology has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in japan in the first half of 2024 and is currently actively expanding into other overseas markets.

According to the Star Daily on November 25 (reporter Qiu Siyu), today (November 25), TuoJing Technology held a third-quarter earnings conference.

At the earnings conference, TuoJing Technology's chairman, Lv Guangquan, stated: "The company's shipment amount from January to September 2024 has increased by over 160% year-on-year, and as of the end of the third quarter of 2024, the company's contract liabilities and inventory showed a good month-on-month growth trend compared to the end of the second quarter of 2024, reflecting a full order backlog as of the end of the third quarter of 2024. The company is relatively optimistic about the trend of new orders signed for the full year of 2024."

Regarding the structure of new orders signed, Lv Guangquan told the Star Daily reporter: "The company's new orders mainly include products such as PECVD, ALD, SACVD, HDPCVD, ultra-high aspect ratio trench filling CVD, and bonding equipment."

The aforementioned products are also TuoJing Technology's main operating products. It is reported that the PECVD, ALD, and SACVD product series are widely used in domestic wafer fabs for integrated circuit manufacturing lines with processes of 14nm and above, and verification testing for processes of 10nm and below has already commenced.

The company also mentioned in its third-quarter report that during the reporting period, breakthroughs were made in the verification of new products and new process devices on the client side. In the third quarter, the company achieved revenue of 1.011 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 44.67%, mainly due to the revenue recognition of several new process devices developed based on new equipment platforms (PF-300M and PF-300T Plus) and new reaction chambers (Supra-D).

"The design of PF-300T Plus and PF-300M has further enhanced the equipment capacity, with machinery capacity increasing by about 20% to 60%." Lv Guangquan told the Star Daily reporter at the earnings conference, "The two new reaction chambers, pX and Supra-D, have further improved the performance indicators of film deposition, including film uniformity and granularity, which are able to meet customer demands for high capacity and stricter film performance indicators during the technical node updates and iterations."

However, due to the relatively high costs associated with verifying new products and new processes with clients and a significant increase in the proportion of related income, the company's gross margin has decreased temporarily. TuoJing Technology's gross margin for the first three quarters stood at 43.59%, a year-on-year decrease of 6.75 percentage points.

In addition, Lü Guangquan also revealed at the meeting: "The hybrid bonding series products launched by the company for the three-dimensional integration field have been industrialized. These products have all reached the advanced level of similar international equipment."

Regarding the overseas market, it is reported that Tuojing Technology has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in japan in the first half of 2024, and equipment has already been shipped to japan. The company stated at the earnings conference that it is currently actively expanding into other overseas markets.
