The group achieved revenue of 7.792 million Hong Kong dollars, a decrease of 16.71% year-on-year; the company's attributable loss was 11.384 million Hong Kong dollars, a decrease of 18.28% year-on-year; with a loss per share of 0.7 Hong Kong cents.
The group obtained a gross profit of approximately 3.527 million Hong Kong dollars and a gross margin of 45.3% for the six months ending on September 30, 2024, while in the same period in 2023, the group achieved a gross profit of 5.806 million Hong Kong dollars and a gross margin of 62.1%. During this interim period, the decrease in gross margin was mainly due to the increase in production costs of comic book publishing.
