(the "Company") provided a RMB 75 million entrusted loan to its equity joint venture company, Huaneng Yingkou Port Co., Ltd. ("Yingkou Port") with its own funds on December 10, 2021, for working capital turnover. The loan term is from December 10, 2021, to December 10, 2022, with an interest rate of 4.35%. Due to the delayed processing of the additional external financing related procedures for Yingkou Port's repayment of the entrusted loan, Yingkou Port was unable to fully repay the principal of the financial assistance on time.
As of the date of this announcement, yingkou port has repaid all the remaining overdue principal and interest of the financial assistance to the company, and the company has recovered all overdue financial assistance from yingkou port.
