Regarding the recovery situation of the company's main PCB manufacturing electronic chemical business, Wang Nu, CFO of Three Fu Xinke, stated, 'The company's electronic chemicals are mainly indispensable core additives in the PCB industry chain. Benefiting from the recovery of the downstream consumer electronics industry, in the first three quarters of 2024, the company's main business revenue included a growth in PCB electronic chemical revenue compared to the same period last year.'

Three Fu Xinke mainly engages in research on surface engineering technology, as well as the development, production, and sales of new environmentally friendly surface engineering specialized chemicals and special equipment. Their main products include electronic chemicals, general electroplating chemicals, and surface engineering special equipment.

As the company's products are mainly used for surface treatment of industrial products such as PCBs, communication base station equipment, and mobile phone components, Three Fu Xinke's performance is closely related to the development of downstream industries such as the PCB manufacturing industry and the communication electronics manufacturing industry.

According to the financial report, in the first three quarters of this year, Three Fu Xinke achieved operating revenue of 0.43 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 29.40%; net income attributable to the parent company was a loss of 16.9542 million yuan, compared to a loss of 32.2894 million yuan in the same period last year; non-GAAP net profit was a loss of 31.4782 million yuan, compared to a loss of 33.7819 million yuan in the same period last year; net cash flow from operating activities was -48.0058 million yuan, compared to -20.9798 million yuan in the same period last year.

Three Fu Xinke stated that by the end of the third quarter of this year, the company's losses had narrowed compared to the same period last year, mainly due to an increase in revenue from electronic chemicals and additional revenue from new equipment and equipment components.

Regarding the company's main product revenue composition, Liu Huamin, director and board secretary of Three Fu Xinke, further explained, 'The company's revenue from electronic chemicals mainly includes PCB-specific chemicals, such as: horizontal sinking copper special chemicals, chemical nickel-gold special chemicals, pulse electroplating copper special chemicals, and hole plating special chemicals, as well as passive component electroplating special chemicals; The company's revenue from special equipment and equipment components mainly consists of surface treatment special equipment in the new energy field, PCB-specific electroplating equipment, copper foil equipment components, etc.'

Recently, the PCB industry has been moving to Southeast Asia at an accelerated pace driven by factors such as cost, geographical advantages, and policies. Some domestic PCB companies have successively set up factories in Thailand, Vietnam, and other places.

During the earnings conference, Shifeng Xinke's Chairman and General Manager Shang Guan Wenlong, when introducing the company's main overseas business situation, stated, 'The company has established a presence in Thailand to provide solutions and product support to downstream customers. In addition, the company's eco-friendly high-speed tin plating special chemicals, due to its significant advantages in environmental protection, have replaced the products originally used by customers and are currently exported to Belarus.'

Regarding the current order situation of the company and the performance outlook for 2024, Shang Guan Wenlong stated during the earnings conference, 'The company's current order situation is good, and operations are normal.'

'In the field of equipment products, the company actively cooperates with downstream customers to develop strategic partnerships, and has successively signed orders, making full preparations for the comprehensive arrival of composite copper foil industrialization.' Shang Guan Wenlong added.

The Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily noted that in recent years, Shifeng Xinke, while developing its main business, has been laying out the 'composite copper foil high-end complete equipment manufacturing project' since the second quarter of 2022, opening up new growth opportunities in performance.

With the latest developments in the composite copper foil business, as Shang Guan Wenlong explained, the company's one-step and two-step (electrodeposition) composite copper foil production equipment has been delivered, and it now has the capacity for mass production and delivery.
