During the implementation of the employee stock ownership plan, the company strictly complied with market trading rules, complied with the regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange not to trade stocks during the information sensitive period, and did not use any insider information to trade. As of the date of this announcement, the assets of the third phase of the employee shareholding plan are all monetary funds.
