Due to the needs of the company’s business development, Zhao Yong applied to resign from the position of general manager. After resigning as general manager, Zhao Yong will still serve as the chairman of the company, a member (convener) of the board of directors' global strategy committee, a member of the board of directors' nomination committee, a member of the board of directors' remuneration and assessment committee, and will continue to be a core technical personnel of the company, serving as the chief scientist.
