According to a report from Zhito Finance APP, PALADIN (00495) announced that the company disclosed in its first past announcement (including), that the Listing Committee has determined that the company failed to maintain sufficient operational levels and sufficient value of assets as stipulated in Listing Rule 13.24, and that the trading of the company's shares should be suspended according to Listing Rule 6.01(3).
The company also disclosed that the Listing Committee has stated that unless the company applies for a review of the decision granted under Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules, the Listing Committee will suspend trading of the company’s shares on November 27, 2024.
According to Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules, the company has the right to request the Listing Committee’s decision to be submitted for review by the Listing Committee, and the review request must be delivered to the Listing Committee Secretary within 7 business days from November 15, 2024. The company indicated in its first past announcement that it intends to apply for this review.
