Johor-based wholesaler and distributor of fresh vegetables, food and beverage products and other groceries, Farm Price Holdings Bhd has recorded a revenue of RM91.9 million for its nine months ended Sept 30, 2024 (9M24).
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the group said 92.4% of total revenue were contributed by its wholesale distribution segment and 7.6% by retailing segment.
"The group's profit after tax (PAT) stood at RM7.2 million, translating into a healthy PAT margin of 7.8%.
"After excluding the one-off IPO listing expenses of RM2.1 million for 9M24, Farm Price would have recorded an adjusted PAT of RM8.8 million and an adjusted PAT margin of 9.6% for the financial period under review," it said.
On a quarterly basis, Farm Price posted a revenue and PAT of RM30.6 million and RM2.9 million for its third quarter ended Sept 30, 2024.
