We have decided to carry out organizational revisions as of 2025/4/1, so I would like to inform you about the main details.

1. Establishment of the Real Estate Business Division

In order to realize Chubu Electric Power Group Management Vision 2.0, in addition to the energy business, which is our main business, we are expanding our business domain into new growth areas and transforming our business model.
Now, with regard to the real estate business, which is an important pillar of the new growth area, we will consolidate and strengthen functions such as planning and development of town planning, cooperation with group companies, and effective use of our assets, and establish a real estate business headquarters in order to accelerate further expansion of this business as a group together with Chuden Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Nippon ESCON Co., Ltd.
As a result, we aim to improve corporate value and achieve sustainable regional growth through community development that combines various added values such as comfort and convenience, based on energy services.

2 Renewable Energy Company Offshore Wind Power Division Installation

In Chubu Electric Power Group Management Vision 2.0, we have set a goal of “contributing to the expansion of renewable energy of 3.2 million kW or more through ownership, construction, and maintenance around 2030,” and the group is working together to develop renewable energy power sources.
This time, we will establish an offshore wind power department in order to speed up decision-making and expand personnel related to the development of offshore wind power generation, etc., and further promote development.

3. Reorganization of management indirect organizations, etc.

Since the spin-off of the company in April 2020, we have promoted efficiency improvements through headquarters consolidation of similar functions, cost reduction and quality maintenance/improvement by consolidating common operations with respect to indirect management functions.
Now, in order to further improve efficiency and improve work quality, we will implement restructuring etc. into a departmental organization as an organization directly under the president, which specializes and consolidates each function.
