On November 26, Gelonghui reported that Yizumi Holdings (300415.SZ) announced that Mr. Liang Jinghua, vice director and one of the actual controllers, along with Mr. Chen Liyao, director, deputy general manager, and another actual controller, and their concerted actor, Ms. Peng Huiping, plan to reduce their shareholding in the company through centralized bidding and block trades. Among them, Mr. Liang Jinghua plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2.37 million shares through block trades; Ms. Peng Huiping plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 6.99 million shares through block trades and by no more than 4.68 million shares through centralized bidding (if the company carries out rights issues, capital reserves to increase share capital, or convertible bonds to equity swaps during the reduction period, the quantity will be adjusted accordingly).
