Guang Longhui, November 26th | Evergrande (03333.HK) announced that the company's joint and individual liquidators have learned that the People's Republic of China Nansha District People's Court of Guangzhou City ("Guangzhou Court") issued a court order with the case number (2024) Yue 0115 Zhi 8571 on November 14, 2024.
According to the order, due to the company's failure to fulfill the relevant payment obligations in accordance with the enforcement notice issued by the Guangzhou Court, the Guangzhou Court has taken restrictive consumption measures against the company and Xu Jiayin, restricting their non-living or work-related necessary consumption in high-consumption areas. The company's shares were suspended from trading at 10:18 am on January 29, 2024 (Monday) and will continue to be suspended until further notice.
