The overall scale of the partnership is 21 million yuan, of which Tianqi Tooling, as a limited partner, subscribes to the partnership with its own funds for 5 million yuan, accounting for 23.81%; Hongqi Private Fund Management (Jilin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Hongqi Private Fund') as the general partner, executive managing partner, and fund manager subscribes to the partnership for 6 million yuan, accounting for 28.57%; Changchun Automotive City State-owned Capital Investment Operation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Automotive City State-owned Capital Operation') subscribes to the partnership for 10 million yuan as a limited partner, accounting for 47.62%. The partnership intends to make private equity investments in Fuao Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Fuao Smart').
