Gelonghui November 28th | Times Electric (688187.SH) announced that shareholder CRRC Asset Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CRRC Asset Management") intends to transfer 9,380,769 shares it holds in the company, accounting for 0.66% of the company's current total share capital, to the company's controlling shareholder, CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CRRC Zhuzhou Institute"), through block trade. This equity change is an adjustment of shareholding within different entities under the same controlling shareholder and does not involve reducing holdings in the market. After this transfer, the proportion of company shares held by the company's controlling shareholder CRRC Zhuzhou Institute will increase from 41.87% to 42.53%, and CRRC Corporation's indirect shareholding of the company shares at 47.88% remains unchanged.
