Today, the trade statistics values used for adjusting the fuel costs of electricity rates were published, confirming the average fuel prices from August to October 2024. As a result, the company will implement a fuel cost adjustment for the electricity rates for January 2025 as outlined below.
For customers with high voltage and special high voltage supply, a fuel cost adjustment reflecting the wholesale market unit price will be implemented.
In addition, in line with our electricity bill relief measures, we will discount the fuel cost adjustment unit prices for high-voltage supply and special high-voltage supply customers from April 2024 to March 2025 (from usage in March 2024 to usage in February 2025) by 1.74 yen/kWh each.
(Note) For customers with a contracted power of 500 kilowatts or more, the usage will be from April 2024 to March 2025.
