On November 28, Gelonghui reported that shanxi guoxin energy corporation (600617.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary shanxi natural gas corporation plans to transfer its 50% equity stake in shanxi zhongneng natural gas corporation to huaxin gas group corporation. Shanxi natural gas has engaged beijing zhuoxin dahua asset appraisal corporation, which complies with the provisions of the Securities Law, to assess the project with an assessment base date of August 31, 2024, and issued the "Asset Appraisal Report" (Zhuoxin Dahua Appraisal Report No. (2024) 84103). As of the assessment base date, the total equity valuation for zhongneng company shareholders is valued at -53 million yuan, of which the 50% equity stake owned by shanxi natural gas is valued at -26.5 million yuan. Shanxi natural gas intends to transfer the aforementioned equity at a price of 1 yuan. The above "Asset Appraisal Report" still requires the competent authority to complete the filing procedure.
