The Kuren Banner Rural Energy Revolution Pilot County Project (Phase I) was initiated in May 2024 and is planned to be invested and constructed by Kuren Banner Dian Tou New Energy Co., Ltd.
Kuren Banner Dian Tou New Energy Co., Ltd. was established on June 7, 2024, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inner Mongolia Dian Tou Energy Corporation, with a registered capital of 5 million yuan. Kuren Banner Dian Tou New Energy Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the construction of the Kuren Banner Rural Energy Revolution Pilot County Project (Phase I). Considering the actual fund needs of Kuren Banner Dian Tou New Energy Co., Ltd., the company plans to increase its registered capital from 5 million yuan to 53 million yuan.
