(688227.SH) announced that the company signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Jiangyuan Technology recently, agreeing to deepen strategic cooperation in the field of domestic computing power to achieve a mutually beneficial strategy. In the area of domestic computing power chips, Party A (including its affiliates) will give priority to purchasing products from Party B (including its affiliates). During the cooperation period, Party B promises to prioritize meeting Party A's needs in ai chips and other aspects at the most favorable strategic prices. Similarly, in areas such as asia vets heterogeneous cloud datacenter, inference integrated machines, big data, and intelligent edge cloud, Party B will give priority to purchasing products and services from Party A (including its affiliates). Party A will also prioritize meeting Party B's needs in the aforementioned fields at the most favorable strategic prices.
Both parties are committed to joint technological innovation based on domestic computing power. They will engage in deep cooperation around domestic intelligent heterogeneous cloud datacenters, unmanned intelligent equipment, and edge-side VLM (Vision Language Model) inference products and solutions. In key technological fields such as multi-object visual tracking, VLM visual language inference, CoT reasoning chain inference engine, domestic AI operator optimization, and precise lossless GPU virtualization, both parties will jointly promote technology innovation. In the underlying driver and computing architecture base library of Party B's GPU, both parties will collaborate deeply on software and hardware integration technologies such as SR-IOV GPU virtualization drivers, TSG+MPS fine lossless GPU slicing, Zero-infinity memory optimization, driver-level FastCheckpoint, and KVCache multi-level cache optimization.
As the primary agent of Party B's products, Party A commits to purchasing at least 2,000 pieces of Party B's products annually during the cooperation period. Regarding the quantity of product procurement, both parties will conduct a careful assessment at the beginning of each year based on market conditions and actual business needs, and make adjustments after mutual written confirmation. If there are special clients that require direct product procurement with Party B due to Party A's business requirements, Party B just needs to record them for Party A, which must keep the related information confidential.
