(referred to as "Junzhi Auto") signed a joint venture agreement for the establishment of a private equity fund named Ningbo Yongyuan Gaoke Junsheng Zhiyuan Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) with CMB Chuangzi Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CMB Chuangzi Capital"), Ningbo Yongyuan Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yongyuan Investment"), and Ningbo Gaoke Chuangye Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Gaoke Chuangtou"). The partnership will fully leverage the advantages of each investor in this investment, mainly investing in technology innovation-intensive target areas through equity investment.
