The target total capital contribution of the partnership is 7 billion yuan, of which the company intends to contribute 5 billion yuan of its own funds as a limited partner, accounting for 71.43% of the total capital contribution of the partnership, and BOC International Investment intends to contribute 2 billion yuan of its own funds as a general partner, accounting for 28.57% of the total capital contribution of the partnership.
