The road facility upgrade project contract refers to the contracts for the rescue station construction project and the traffic congestion management renovation project for the Xiaoshan and Hangzhou toll stations.
On November 29, 2024, the company's non-wholly-owned subsidiary Zhoushan Company signed a contract for the construction project of a distributed photovoltaic power station with the Intelligent Transport Institute, whereby the Intelligent Transport Institute (as the contractor) will be responsible for constructing the distributed photovoltaic power station on the Yongzhou Expressway.
