On November 29th, Gelonghui reported that Skyworth Digital (000810.SZ) convened the fourth meeting of the twelfth board of directors on November 29, 2024, where the proposal on conducting forex derivative trading business was approved. In accordance with the company's business development needs and to reduce the risk of exchange rate fluctuations, it was agreed that the company and its subsidiaries could use their own funds to engage in forex derivative trades, with a maximum contract value held on any trading day not exceeding 1.5 billion yuan (or equivalent foreign currency). Within the scope of the maximum contract value, the funds can be reused, and the usage period is valid for 12 months from the date the company's shareholders' meeting approves it. If the duration of a single trade exceeds the validity period of the resolution, the validity period will automatically extend until the termination of that trade.
