Penalty Situation
"Notice of Administrative Penalty Pre-notification" (Qiyibao Penalty Notice [2024] No. 08) main content: The Qiqihar Medical Security Bureau investigated Jianhua Hospital and found behaviors such as violating medical treatment norms through overtreatment, decomposing project charges, duplicate charges, excessive charges, and substituting medical treatment projects.
The above behaviors violated Article 15, Paragraph 1 of the "Regulations on the Supervision and Management of the Use of Medical Security Funds." Based on Article 5, Paragraph 14 of the "Administrative Discretionary Measures for Supervising and Managing the Use of Medical Security Funds" in Heilongjiang Province, Article 38, (2), (3), and (4) of the "Regulations on the Supervision and Management of the Use of Medical Security Funds", it is proposed to impose the following administrative penalties on Jianhua Hospital: 1. Order to correct; 2. Order to return the lost medical security fund of 3,212,759.88 yuan; 3. Penalty of 3,212,759.88 yuan, which is 1 times the amount of loss caused.
