On December 2, Gelonghui | Yingjian Healthcare (01419.HK) issued an announcement. Based on rotational retirement, Xian Jiatian has served on the board of directors for more than 8 years and will retire on a rotating basis at the annual shareholders' meeting. Although Mr. Sin is eligible for re-election, he will not participate in re-election at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Sin's resignation took effect at the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Chen Xiwen has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective at the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
