Based on confidence in the company's future development prospects and recognition of its growth value, Mr. Tong Yongsheng will convert 343,706 convertible bonds 'Mai Mi Zhuan 2' held by him into 1,123,956 shares of Shenzhen Megmeet Electrical's A-shares on November 29, 2024, through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange system.
After this conversion of convertible bonds, Mr. Tong Yongsheng, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, will hold a total of 97,483,231 shares in the company, accounting for 17.88% of the total share capital as of November 29, 2024; Mr. Tong Yongsheng and his concerted actor, Ms. Wang Ping, together hold 133,723,348 shares in the company, accounting for 24.53% of the total share capital as of November 29, 2024.
