On December 2, Grong Hui reported that Sinofert (00297.HK) announced that on December 2, 2024, Sinofert and China National Chemical Corporation signed an agricultural product purchase and sales framework agreement. According to this agreement, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027 (including the first and last two days), Sinofert Group will continue to purchase and/or sell agricultural related products (including fertilizers, pesticides, and seeds) in China to China National Chemical Corporation's subsidiary companies.
The company and Sinofert have entered into a fertilizer import framework agreement with Sinochem Group. According to this agreement, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027 (including the first and last two days), the company's overseas subsidiaries will sell fertilizers and other fertilizer raw materials to Sinochem Group, and Sinofert (or other domestic subsidiaries of the company) will purchase all the aforementioned imported fertilizers and other fertilizer raw materials from Sinochem Group.
