According to Zhito Finance APP, Shenzhen Cotran New Material (300731.SZ) announced plans to further deepen the company's business layout in the polymer materials industry, expand application scenarios in the field of heat dissipation products, and cultivate new revenue and profit growth points for the company. The company recently signed a Letter of Intent with Thermazig Limited (Chinese name: Smog Limited) and Dongguan Zhaoke Electronic Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (short name "Dongguan Zhaoke", "symbol company"). The company intends to acquire 51% of the shares of Dongguan Zhaoke held by Thermazig Limited in cash, and the final acquisition ratio will be determined through negotiation among the parties and clarified in the formal trading agreement.
