Pesona Metro Awarded RM181 Million Condo Project By Avaland
The group said the award of the project will not have any impact on the share capital and shareholding structure and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and enhance the net assets of PMHB Group during the duration of the Project.
Pesona Metro Holdings Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has accepted the Letter of Award from NRY Architects Sdn Bhd for the execution and completion of the sub-structure and main building works for a contract sum of RM181.7 million.
Pesona Metro Holdings Berhad宣佈，其全資子公司已接受NRY Architects Sdn Bhd的中標函，用於執行和完成地下結構和主體建築工程，合同金額爲RM18170萬。
The project consists of a 606-unit condominium in Cyberjaya at Lakehouse Residences.

According to the announcement the client Lakefront Residence Sdn Bhd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Avaland Berhad, and is the developer for the above Project. The Project duration is expected to be for a period of 40 months.
