Gelonghui, December 3rd丨Zhite New Materials (300986.SZ) announced that recently, Jiangxi Zhite New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company" or "the subcontractor") signed a partial aluminum alloy template procurement contract (hereinafter referred to as "the subcontract") with client A (hereinafter referred to as "the general contractor") for a comprehensive resort project in Cambodia. This project is located in Sihanoukville, Kingdom of Cambodia, and the company is responsible for the deepening, supply, and transportation of aluminum forms for the tower above the third floor. According to existing data calculations, the total contract amount (including tax) is approximately 26.1019 million yuan, with the final contract amount based on the actual project volume confirmed by the general contractor after deepening.
