On December 3, Gelonghui reported that Hunan Huamin Holdings (300345.SZ) announced that to focus more on the company's external development, Mr. Xia Yu, the general manager and board of directors secretary, has applied to resign from the position of general manager while continuing to serve as the board of directors secretary. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Xia Yu holds 800,000 shares of the company. Upon nomination by the company’s chairman and review by the board of directors' nomination and compensation assessment committee, the board of directors has agreed to appoint Mr. Zhou Dan as the president of the company, to perform the duties of general manager, with a term starting from the date of approval by the board of directors until the end of the fifth board of directors' term.
