According to the latest equity disclosure data from the Stock Exchange, on December 2, 2024, akeso (09926.HK) was informed by the Chairman and Executive Director Xia Yu that he had reduced his shareholding by an average price of HK$73.7637 per share on the premises, involving approximately 0.124 million shares and around HK$9.1467 million.
After the shareholding reduction, Xia Yu's latest number of shares held is 228,413,453 shares, and the shareholding percentage has decreased from 25.46% to 25.45%.
