Amazon announced the launch of a series of advanced AI models called Amazon Nova at the annual AWS conference. The Amazon Nova series includes text-to-text and multi-modal models, including Amazon Nova Lite, Pro, and Premier, which can handle text, image, and video input. Lite and Pro are already available, and Premier is expected to be released in the first quarter of next year.
