专家预测特斯拉今年全球销量将下滑,中国销量有望增长

Experts predict that Tesla's global sales will decline this year, while sales in China are expected to increase.

Tesla researcher Troy Teslike (Troy Teslike) said on Tuesday that although the electric car giant's sales volume in China is expected to increase this year compared to last year, sales in the US and Europe will decline, thereby dragging down the company's overall global delivery volume.

“With sales falling in the US and Europe, there's no need to celebrate China's data,” Teslik wrote on social media.

Teslik said that although Tesla's sales volume in China is expected to increase by more than 0.048 million vehicles, sales in the US and Europe are expected to decrease by more than 0.03 million vehicles.

He pointed out that Cybertruck is unlikely to boost Tesla's overall sales in the US because the company has planned to stop production of the model for three days this week due to excessive inventory.

In 2023, Tesla delivered 1.8 million8,581 cars worldwide. To surpass last year's sales, the company must deliver at least 0.51 million4926 vehicles in the three months to the end of December.

To date, however, Tesla has never delivered more than 0.5 million electric vehicles in a quarter.

In the third quarter of this year, Tesla delivered 462,890 vehicles, up 6.4% year on year and 4.3% month on month. Delivery volume fell 8.5% year over year in the first quarter and 4.8% in the second quarter.

Teslik said that although Tesla's sales volume in China has increased, sluggish sales in Europe may reduce Tesla's global deliveries.
