On December 4th, Gelonghui reported that Feinan Resources (301500.SZ) announced that the company originally planned to merge all the business, assets, liabilities, equity, and personnel of Sihui Shengnan through absorption merging in order to further optimize the company's management structure, reduce management costs, and improve operational management efficiency. However, due to the optimization adjustment of the company's production operation, after prudent research, the company decided to terminate this absorption merging matter. Sihui Shengnan is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and its financial statements have been included in the company's consolidated financial statements. The termination of the absorption merging of Sihui Shengnan does not change the actual equity held by the company and does not have a substantial impact on the company's normal operation and financial condition.
