Zhitong Finance APP news, Shifang hldg (01831) announced that on December 4, 2024 (after the conclusion of the shareholder annual meeting), (1) Chen Zhi has been appointed as executive director; (2) Wang Baozhu has been appointed as non-executive director; (3) Qi Zhongwei has been appointed as independent non-executive director, chairman of the company's audit committee, and a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee; (4) Wei Hong has been appointed as independent non-executive director; and (5) to reappoint Bochun Accounting Firm as the company's auditor, all effective immediately.
Due to the fact that the fifth resolution regarding the reelection of Mao Xiangyun as the company's independent non-executive director was not passed at the shareholder annual meeting, Mao Xiangyun has resigned as the company's independent non-executive director, effective from the conclusion of the shareholder annual meeting.
