The gross profit was approximately RMB 0.2799 billion, an increase of about 8.4% compared to 2021. The gross margin for 2022 was about 29.6%, while the gross margin for the same period in 2021 was about 31.5%. The group incurred a net loss of approximately RMB 0.6606 billion in 2022, compared to a net income of approximately RMB 0.1042 billion in the same period in 2021.

Regarding the property management services business, as of December 31, 2022, the group's property management service revenue was approximately RMB 0.79 billion, an increase of about 21.7% compared to the same period in 2021. The revenue from property management services accounts for approximately 83.6% of the group's total revenue. The increase in property management services revenue is mainly due to the rise in average property fee unit price.

As for the property developer value-added services, as of December 31, 2022, the group's revenue from property developer value-added services was approximately RMB 90.1 million, a decrease of about 18.5% compared to the same period in 2021. The revenue from property developer value-added services accounts for approximately 9.5% of the group's total revenue, a decrease of about 4 percentage points from approximately 13.5% in the same period of 2021. The decrease in revenue from property developer value-added services is mainly due to a reduction in the number of projects served by the group, influenced by the real estate industry.

Regarding the community value-added services, as of December 31, 2022, the revenue from community value-added services was approximately RMB 64.7 million, an increase of about 6.0% compared to the same period in 2021. As of December 31, 2022, the total revenue from community value-added services business accounts for approximately 6.9% of the group's total revenue, remaining relatively stable compared to the same period in 2021. The increase in revenue from community value-added services is mainly due to the addition of grocery categories provided by the group.
