Ouc holdings (08067) announced that on December 4, 2024, the seller, Langfang Development Zone Oriental University Town Education Consulting Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of the company, as the seller), and the buyer, Beijing Zhoulin Spectrum Technology Co., Ltd. (as the buyer), entered into this agreement, whereby the buyer agrees to purchase and the seller agrees to sell Office Building No. 1 located in Langfang Development Zone, Hebei, china, for a consideration of 11 million yuan.
It is understood that Office Building No. 1 includes the land use rights of a piece of land located in Oriental University Town, Langfang Development Zone, hebei, china, with a total land area of approximately 7483.95 square meters; and the buildings and supporting facilities constructed on it, with a total construction area of approximately 3605.87 square meters. The land use rights are valid until July 13, 2053.
